Since Saturday 11th October my Sky TV is not working. Since 01st October my Sky talk is also not working. I cannot make or receive calls. I don't know where both faults are from.

Hwve you tried rebooting your tv And unplugging both the phone jax cord from the wall and in the phone
To reboot the sky box
Switch it off at the mains wait 30 secconds hope this helps
