No + button to add favourite TV programme

I'm trying to set up a new sky Q box - I have set up favourite channels, but it won't let me add favourite tv programmes! There is no '+' button available, so what do I do? I'm used to sky streaming which is a breeze compared to this dinosaur 🙄 !!

Thanks, but i have set up the favourite channels fine. It's adding specific programmes to a favourites list that I want!

That's not something that's available of Sky Q.

As @Daniel0210 indicates, Q is running a different (and much older) operating system and user interface, and Comcast has no incentive to replicate functionality backwards to a platform it's effectively in the process of abandoning even if that was possible.

Thanks both. Frustrating to have to use a dinosaur product when you're used to a better one! Others in the house don't want tv tied to the WiFi though, so 💁‍♀️
