If you definitely need to call Sky you can call free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up.

I am trying to contact the customer service, but is not going. My TV box is stuck I want to book an engineer for home.

Hi @Niria 

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

No need for a new thread. You asked this yesterday as well. You need to persevere on the phone if you need an engineer. 

I asked you yesterday what the issue was but you haven't elaborated so we can't advise you on it.

Have you tried rebooting your Q box @Niria ?

To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)

note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

 

If you had to press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)  then try the following.

With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.

Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

It is still not working I have not been watching TV for 5 months I go to Manchester Andale to book an engineer

Is there a reason you can't call Sky? Is it that there is a queue to speak to an agent?

I am pressing in the numbers on the keyboard, but is not going then it is hanging off.
