Every time I go on Netflix it's either taking too long to connect or it doesn't connect at all unless I reboot

Have you tried powering down (at the wall) the Sky Q box, restarting your Internet router, waiting until connection to the interent has been re-established (check using another device like a phone or PC), then restarting the Sky Q?
