Sky Sports - 1 pack

Hi,

Been having problems with my future Sky bills after accepting an offer to retain cinema at a reduced price. My Sky Sports (in future bills) now shows as Sky Sports - 1 pack. I was/am currently on the complete sports pack (no idea why this has happened and Sky have been no use at all). Annoyingly I was on a very good discount for complete pack (£5 per month) which I now seem to have lost.

Any idea what 1 pack means I assume its only one sports channel, and have heard others say this 1 pack will be Sky Sports F1 channel due to old subscription. If that is the case wont be happy as only watch Sports PL. This change isnt showing on my bill until 21/4 so expecting to lose all sports then. Anyone any other ideas why theyve switched me to 1 pack (and its showing as FREE)

ps - I have made a formal complaint about this and how it has been handled by agents ive called.

Looks like you need to persevere with Sky to get your Account sorted

I certainly do oldfella, but its like banging your head against a brick wall. Agents i have been speaking to on messenger or sky chat function admit they have 4 or 5 chats going on at same time. None seem to have read what I've written or offer to rectify. They dont seem to be able or unwilling to check my future bills, most just say NO your on the complete sports pack and we start all over again. One just said dont worry it will sort itself out in 7 days (just to get me off the phone i reckon). So frustrating, ive always been positive about Sky reps/agents before but maybe ive just been unlucky as those ive spoken with over last few days with all due respect are incompetent or have to much workload to give each customer their full attention or time to read and understand the issues at hand. Rant over.
