Sky Q box keeps freezing
My Sky Q box keeps freezing. Software version Q350. 000.12.00L (679jvlc). Hardware version. 32B12D.
I'm on 3rd box and I'm still having the same problem. I tried to turn my Sky Q box on this morning and it would not respond. This is happening every day. Sometimes it happens whilst I'm watching a programme. It just freezes.
