Sky Q will not connect to Sky router

Hi, I have lost the connection between my router and my sky Q box and they won't recconect

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Sky Q 2 TB (Silver)Box, 2 Mini boxes since June 2016, all connected by wifi

I've had the same problem for last 2 days. Resetting it doesn't solve problem. Did you find a solution?
