Sky a mini no audio

My sky q mini has stopped giving audio at all. Tried resetting it tried resetting the tv changing audio output to normal instead of dolbly even though the tv supports it.

have you tried plugging it into another tv or changing the HDMI cable to test it. It could possibly be an issue with the HDMI cable if you have tried that already i would recommend contacting customer services as if its a faulty mini box it may need replaced by an engineer

May I suggest a full power down of your TV (unplug or switch off at mains)

We often find this restores sound for others
