Netflix says to change plan contact sky, sky app says crop change plan on. Netflix.com
so basically both saying the same conflicting message therefore can't change to 2 people watching Netflix form basic 1 person

@Michbelle311 if you pay Sky for your Netflix then the following applies and you need to contact Sky if you pay direct to Netflix you need to contact Netflix
Hiya with Netflix it used to depend on what packages you have with Sky, as to how many screens and what resolution you get Netflix in but since December 2023 this changed to the following

Im unable to change this online as both sides say contact the other so I guess I have to call sky and wait to get through to someone....

@Michbelle311 thats probably the bestb thing to do if you pay Sky direct you will need to speak to Sky You can contact Sky by phone by dialling 150 if Sky is your phone provider or by following the link below
