I have tried all of the things that you suggest on your help screen i have triel calling cutomer servicesvto see if an engineer can call but i have to ho through this process!!

As per my previous posts i need to speak to someone as i require an engineer ,i have tried customer services but got no help as a vip customer i would hope for better

If you mean by 'this process' the bot sending you to the forum that's normal.
You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.
