Every morning when I switch on my tv I get the message "no network connection" yet my computer, 2 tablets and phone are all working fine. I have even run an ethernet from my router to the Q box and it still say's no connection my router is only 2 metres from my box, so it's turn everything off then turn it all back on before it will connect is the Q box duff

Hi @bbaazz When your TV and SKYQ box are on standby mode, turn the SKYQ box on first by pressing the logo button on top of the SKY remote, this should turn your SKYQ box on followed by the TV?
I am assuming you have turned the TV on first and the "no network connection" message is from your TV that hasnt picked up the SKYQ box signal?
If you are still having problems after trying the above, try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

Hi Quoman7 Thank you for your reply I never thought of that, but by some miracle when we switched on this morning it came on fine, second time in three weeks so tomorrow morning I will do as you say and let you know fingers crossed and thanks again.

Hi @Quoman7 I did as you said and everything came on fine but within less than 10 minutes the same old message came up no internet no connections so it was turn off Qbox etc etc to get back to the programmes, just to say I am on a third party router and everything else is working fine but not the Qbox.Thank you again for your help.
