Sky Q mini box

Hi,

I am trying to buy a new Mini box to replace the one that's broken upstairs. Used to be able to do this on the website but I can't find them now. Probably because they want you to go over to sky glass.

Anyone know how I can obtain a new mini box please?

@123steve

Just to point out that you cant buy any Sky Q equipment. Additionally mini boxes are available on loan. Give Sky a call to obtain another.

@123steve if its to replace a broken mini box then Sky should replace it free of charge assuming it has stopped working, they will need the old box back

Re: Sky Q mini box

I know you don't actually buy it. I'll pay the £50. just can't see anywhere where you can order one.

The £50 is the initial admin fee which you only pay when getting a new box.

As @Laing1 says SKY will replace a faulty box as part of your contract & you don't have to order an additional one - just arrange for a replacement if it is faulty

What is actually wrong with your existing box ?

Edit : If it is not faulty as such but has been accidentally damaged then SKY may charge a replacement fee which is likely to be more the £50 admin fee - although I have no idea how much

Re: Sky Q mini box

Connection to main sky Q box is very intermittent. I have reset, tried right next to the main box and does, not a lot.
