Sky Q over heating losing recordings, not recording rewind inoperative new box ordered.

I have been exchanging messages with a witless AI.  The answer i need is not in script, I need human intervention to check my records and get the new box delivered, I am paying for service I am not getting.

The first question we have to ask is where is your Sky box situated? It's designed to be warm but you should always be able to rest the palm of your hand on the top.
