insert viewing card error message

The past few days when searching for channels I get the messgae"Insert Viewing Card"

I have Sky Q so do not have a viewing card, I have turned the whole system off and pressed the button on the fron of the Sky Q box, it rectifies it but then does it agin the next day

Sorry we do have aviewing card just found it, have taken it out and reinserted it but still not working
