Sky Q on a sky glass TV

I have changed my sky glass subscription back to sky Q. I am however keeping my sky glass TV & am running a sky Q mini box through it. The sky Q mini box remote won't control the volume or power on the sky glass TV. It's not possible to pair them like all other TVs. I believe there is a special remote that allows sky glass TVs to run sky Q (provided by sky) Can anyone confirm? If so, how do I get it. I've had my sky Q package for 2 weeks now & no sign of a special remote.L being delivered. Thx.
