What do I need to do to get rid of Sky Q multibox?

I've been paying £15 a month for 5 years for a Multibox that I've never used. What does it take to get rid of it? Do I need to return the box, how do I get credit?

@Andilp
Sky TV
~ To reduce your package or cancel it completely you’ll need to contact Sky giving the required notice of 31 days. Be aware, the latest T’s and C’s for TV subscriptions state you can only cancel within a minimum discounted term if Sky agree to it. If they do allow it you’ll end up paying off the rest of the discounted term.
Select ‘Need more help’ at the bottom of the following link which will lead to contact details.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave
(Make sure the flag in the bottom right corner is the correct one ie; UK or ROI).
UK customer ~ The link may include an email link and also a Message Us option (which is normally available between 9am and 7.30pm).
ROI customer ~ it’s only by ringing or writing in.

If you cancel correctly you should receive a confirmation email from Sky.

If you’re returning Sky mini boxes don’t forget it’s very important that you keep you proof of posting indefinitely when you return the box(es) as Unipart are not quick at telling Sky you have sent equipment back. Return packaging will be sent out towards the end of your notice period.

Not sure what you mean by credit. What for?

@Andilp if you mean credit for not using the box, no, not a chance.

So you've paid Sky £900 for what exactly?

@Andilp can you watch in UHD ? I am asking as 5 years ago you needed the multiroom subscription to view in UHD this changed a few years ago but you may still be on the old package so when you contact Sky check your package that you are on

Either that or you took the no-up-front-cost 'VIP Upgrade' from Sky+ which always included a Mini and so triggered a Multiscreen subscription.  As noted above there's basically no chance of getting anything back unless you can prove you were mis-sold.
