Sky Q not showing tv guide

My skyq is not showing TV guide therefore you can't see what's on or schedule any recordings.

Have you tried a reboot of your Sky Q box? Come back to us if you don't know how. A reboot solves a multitude of little glitches.

Using the remote place the box into standby

Switch off the box at the plug

Wait at least 30 seconds

Switch back on at the plug

Follow the on screen prompts

When the screen goes black and the blue Q light goes out wait another 30 seconds

Press the 🏠 home button

Some items take 5 mins or so to return to normal. 

edit: if your issue is with a mini box we recommend rebooting the main box, then when that's back up and running doing the same with the mini box. Also never carry out a reboot if you have no satellite signal as this causes problems.

Hi @NicolaGlanville   Put into Standby, switch off at the mains, plug wait 30 seconds and then switch it back on at the mains plug.
