Sky Q needs constant reactivation

All sky q mini boxes lose connection almost every time we go use a different box.

 

Before you say 'reboot' etc. have done that a zillion times.

 

Driving me mad and in my opinion Sky Q is not fit for purpose

Works fine for thousands of subscribers.

 

Connectivity problems are usually caused by the distance between boxes or interference with an existing Wifi.

 

Q to Q connectivity uses it's own mesh network on 5GHz channel 36 to 48.  If you do not have Sky router then ensure your Wifi is avoiding this range.

 

If the distance is too far then Sky can provide extenders.
