my Sky Q mini box will connect to the main box, however once i turn the minis box off it looses connection to the main box, and i have to reset the connection every time.
this never used to be an issue, it happened when I unplugged the main box from the router, and plugged it back in as things had to move around.
nothing else has changed other than the fact that I unplugged the Ethernet and plugged it back in, now my mini box will not remember the connection to the main box once it has shut down.
Hi @Cheesey78 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?
Remember to leave your Mini box on standby when not in use, do not turn off at the mains.
