We’ve lost all apps from the screen

All our apps have disappeared on the TV (apart from sky) but there is no fault when I check apps on our account

Yeah we have too, keeps saying I don't have the subscription for on demand either

I have lost ALL channels including Sky. The error message says 'There is a technical fault with this channel. Please try again later.

Hi @Helena16 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?
