I am trying to contact Sky re:sky Q mini box set on old type TV set up in the bedroom, sky Q mini box is connected I just need an engineer to set this up.

Is this your first Sky Q mini box? Did the engineer not set it up originally?

If the television set is old enough to pre-date HDMI, you'll need to source a suitable cable: the Nokia CA-75U is the one usually mentioned (assuming there's a component video input socket) and if it's a SCART-only set then you'll need a component to SCART block too. I doubt Sky offers such things these days: they'll just say you need a more modern television.
