I moved house which was why I cancelled the contract. The packaging was sent to the address I've left not my new one. Now I'm being threatened with charges. Not my fault and I gave her my new address! I need the correct packaging

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt's your responsibility to return the equipment. Sky will charge you if they don't get it back. You can use or obtain your own suitable packaging, or alternatively give Sky a call to arrange for fresh packaging to be sent .
