Losing connectivity every 2 days- constantly having to reset and enter provider password. Provider has checked everything from their perspective and the issue is I require a firmware update to the Sky Q box so it will remember my prover password

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt's not that it doesn't remember the password. It's that it's terrible at reconnecting. Use powerline or ethernet if you possibly can.
