Sky Q issues.

Why is it that virtually EVERYDAY i either need to reboot my main Sky Q box, my mini  box or my so called superdooper SkyMax 300 & I kid you not it started precisely the day after they announced the Sky Glass 2.

New cooper straight to cabinet fancy broadband kept dropping off for no reason. Then it would be my mobile that would lose Internet or Main Sky Q box wasn't connected. When I spoke to tech they sent me a free booster gigantic plug as a remote reboot by tech didn't work. Mind you my main Q box is approx 7m max from where my superdooper all new copper yawn yawn is sighted. Then my mini box  is regularly losing connection as it has tonight & get this its in the same room as the supperdooper piece of yawn yawn.

Now I can't afford Sky Glass but if Sky are happy to give me 2 Sky Glass 34" Tv's free of charge to hopefully repair the issue then I'm happy to accept.

Is any other households suffering the same issues with their Q box or even the superdooper yawn of yawn max speed pah.

I pay 3 figures a month for non working viewing & superdoopyawn but they managed to send me the same letter TWICE telling my Broadband is going up 50p & viewing by £9 ( me thinks ).

I'm being charged extra for poor service. I think Sky need to refund me a month for every day I have an issue. I know it will never happen but if I don't put it out there they would never volunteer it.

Copper is not new or superdooper. Do you mean fibre?

@Chodley.

From the cabinet to my wall is copper cable.

inside I have FastFibre 300 which is the broadband inside the house as well as a booster and the entire flat is 44m² & i feel with such a small footage shouldn't need any boosters or even drop off.

I hope that gives you a further insight
