Connectivity issue and complaint in with sky but no engineer can come for 9 days!
Awful 2 weeks with mini box connectivity issues. Sent out a new one after engineer visit. Now entire system poor connectivity. Complaint in and engineer can't come for 9 days!
Have booster.
Hard reset done tonight as advised.
Whenever I look at My Sky all my levels are OK and similarly when engineer came out all his connectivity levels OK.
Who's playing games here?

Did you connect both the Q and the mini to the booster using wps?
