When i turn on the TV it says can't find Sky? although my sky Q is on? still the same if i turn it off and on. Then i have to go into Samsung Signal Input Plus and turn it off. Sky then comes on but defaults to 1080i, i try and change this in the sky setting to 2060 10bit but it say error, can only watch in 8bit? I then go back to samsung and select signal input plus for HDMI 1 and i can selct 10bit in sky Q? i have to do this every time i turn the TV on.......very frustating! I have tried 3 different cables and all HDMI ports.

If your Samsung is 4k/UHD, there may well be a setting to force it to receive and display a 4k input from an HDMI source:
This is my Samsung set-up
Settings > General > External Device Manager > HDMI UHD Color > select the relevant HDMI port for your Sky Q box.
Good luck.

Hi, i used tio have that setting on my old Samsung and worked a treat, this tv S95B does have it, it has this Signal Input Plus that provide a better picture quality in 4K. this is the problem for the sky Q box i think.
