Sky Q - intermittent noise upon switch on, software update failure

Every now and again, my Sky Q box makes a weird noise when switching on from standby. Also, occasionally the picture is jerky.  Switching off and back on generally clears the issues.

I decided to check the software version. My box is 32B205 , currenty on Q230.000.14.00L.  I understand that a newer version is available. It downloads, seems to be completing after going into standby. But it remains on the same version.   I wonder if I have a hardware issue with the box?

I noticed the same this morning when trying to upgrade.

Mine just did update and mines same as above with (5nf3ptk). Sort thing after software version and believe that is currently latest version.???

Dame picture looks bad now sadly.
