Sky Q - forever rebooting main and miniboxes

I have a sky Q box and 4 miniboxes, but am constatntly having to reboot them to get them to work.  I had a couple of new main boxes last year but that still freezes on a regular basis.  I have replaced one of my miniboxes but still have connection issues requiring a reboot an a regular basis.
