Sky Q equipment failed

For a few months now SkyQ has:-

Stopped audio

Stopped video

Lost channels

Internet channels I can hardly watch due to extremely interupted signal

Viewing apps streaming extreme interuption

Watching/recording UHD is completely impossible due to regular breaks in signal

Changing channel, SkyQ takes up to three minute to resume audio & visual

Keeps dropping my 4K Samsung TV back down to 1080p

Extremely noisy and hot SkyQ box

 

Many, MANY other issues besides

 

Please send an engineer to replace all Sky equipment forthwith!.
