Sky Q downloads are failing. The box tells me it fails because of no subscription. Works occasionally after a reset but most fail. Same behaviour for programmes on multiple channels. I have the HD package and my Wi-Fi and internet connections are good. I've tried all the reset options suggested in the FAQs but nothing fixes the issue for anything more than one or two downloads

Hi @clunniss Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

Tried your suggestion, same outcome as all the other resets I've done. It enables a singular download but if you queue anything or try subsequent downloads the box reports Failed, no subscription.
