Sky Q box returned with viewing card!!!

Hi

Our new Sky Q box was delivered today.

we were not told until the dpd 'one hour' email came through that we needed to swap our old box at the door!

In the rush to get it unplugged and get the bits together we forgot to remove the viewing card!!!!

only just realise as I've connected the new box

is there an expert on here that can help me in getting my viewing card back or having a new one issued please?

Unfortunately I think this is one of those cases you just need to call SKY to arrange a replacement  & then wait for Royal Mail to deliver the new one - Sorry
