Sky Q needs constant resetting 1 hour after reset you can freeze but not re start and wont record

Approx 1 hr after ressting Q box (installed 3 days ago) you can press pause and it does then press go again and it wont it just locks up. Also when you choise ant program and press record a black box apprears at the top of th escreen and says it canot record this program. Last night I did another reset as I wanted to record the Moto GP races and none did, just the first race hightlighted in the recorded section and when clicking on it nothing happens.

I did another reboot and then went to software version and update. I pressed on the update button but it did not show any signs that it was or had updated, it only ever said it was updating in the text box but nothing to say it was now running th elatest version software.

Afterwoods it lasted longer before the picture pause would not restart again. So bleeding frustrating that Sky can let equipment be installed that really hack off customers, my 10 year old HD box was brilliant, never a problem with that one.
