Hassle free swithing from SkyQ to Sky Stream???

I've been a loyal customer of Sky for 13+yrs and have just finished the contract term for SkyQ. I've lost satellite signal because a house has been built in the path of my dish. Can't get dish moved as can't have it on front of house. I hoped the "Hassle free" switch from SkyQ to Stream would be as stated in the Stream FAQs. ITS NOt!. 

I cannot get anyone at Sky to do it and the online process tells me I have the best TV experience with Sky Q. I'm not getting any experience at all as Sky Q won't work. How can I get Stream? Do I have to cancel all Sky subscriptions and start over? Or just switch to BT TV ? (Seems easier)

@KPnut  Simply call Sky and ask to get Stream, they should be abe to do this for you.
