Sky Q box requires daily unplugging
Hi
my Sky Q main box freezes daily and requires unplugging and re plugging.
The buttons or remote control does not operate until it has been unplugged and re plugged.

Maybe I need a new box?

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I've had the same issue for two years, although the box can be ok for a couple of weeks. There is no problem with my broadband or dish. The problem is in the Sky Q box. Please advise as unplugging it is getting tedious.
