Sky Q box reboots when watching Apple TV

Whenever we watch Apple TV+ on our main Sky Q box part way through the first programme each session our Sky Q box reboots at will. 

We've tried resetting the App but it doesn't make any difference.

Reboot is as if the power has been turned off but the lights remain on while it's rebooting.

This doesn't happen with any other app.

Hi @WendyChat Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

I don't think this is the answer tbh. This is clearly an issue with how the app is working with the Sky Q box. This doesn't happen on any other streaming service or when we watch Apple TV on the PS5 - all are connected to the same router. This has not always happened - just Q  recently become a problem. We tried moving the Sky Q box as we felt it might be overheating. I can't find anything on the internet about this so wonder why no one else is experiencing this issue. Would really welcome a tech view.

I have the Same issue I can watch it on any of the mini boxes but the main box over heats and shuts down

Never had this problem on any of my Sky Q boxes..

But, in the Apple TV+ app settings, there is a video troubleshooting test. Might be worth going through that and checking what it shows and it may do some kind of quick reset.
Also, you could try from the settings within the AppleTV+ app, using the reset app option and clearing the search and play options..

I have the same issue and when it resets itself and i go back to the programme, there is no voice track yet there is the music/effects track. You can hear the atmospherics but not the voices.
