Sky q box broke

Ordered a replacement box as the last one was freezing frames over the months and then completely stopped working. The new box came yesterday and no cables supplied. Didn't think it'd be an issue and made the assumption the old power cable would work! Nope! The last socket was two circular prongs with a blue plastic case. This new box is one circular power socket and an orange circle around the outside of it. Called sky last night they don't supply power sockets for some reason. Said they'd send an engineer within the week and just had a text to say it will be another 2 weeks before an engineer can visit?! I don't need an engineer I need a power cable. Just called sky again the fella could hardly speak English and didn't understand the issue, he said it's the same box we've given you. I've asked can they send a new box and take this one back but give me the cables he said no they'd only send the box again not the power cable. Madness. So now supposed to wait 3 weeks to watch crap telly anyway. Was very close to cancelling sky all together this may be the final straw.

If the box is a 2TB there are two versions of power supply. One has a standard C7 (figure of eight) power lead socket in the back of the Q box. The other has a separate power supply. Although this still has the C7 power lead into the power supply there is a multi pin Din power socket in the Q box for connecting the power supply. Make sure that the replacement box has the power supply included if the Q box has the orange coded multi pin din socket in the back of the Q box. See below.

Thanks, so the cable I have is the one below in the picture you provided with the figure of eight and the new box they've given me (although they insist it's the same box I already have) is the orange cable at the top of the picture.
