Sky Q box not working

Hi Iv got no power to my sky Q box Iv unplugged it and turned it back on but still got nothing

Do you have the red led on the front right of the box.

If not see the following link

Have you tried another electrical device in that plug socket?

Hi yes I plugged my phone charger in and it works fine
