Sky Q box not recording properly. Playback keeps pausing then skipping.

Sky Q box keeps pausing on recorded programs and then skips scenes. When playing fast forward box keeps going backwards.Tried a complete reset but still not working.

Hi @Jackie29 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
