Sky Q box loosing WiFi connection (talk talk)

My sky Q box and mini box's keep loosing WiFi connection to my talk talk WiFi. I have tried switch all devices on and off serval time and reconnected WiFi but looses connection straight  away. Only done this for the last 2-3 weeks. Any ideas on how to fix or how to contract sky?
