Sky box

As mananger said when talking to me all lights are green internet box sky box but the box will not connect to the tv I can't think of anything else then main lead fault Iv tried everything

Ensure the TV is on the right AV input.

 

Otherwise, you'll need to call Sky for an engineer.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
