Main box turning to home screen

Hello. We're having a really strange issue with the main Sky Q box where it's going to the home screen as we're watching something.  It' s happening with live tv, recordings and even in apps like Netflix.  I've taken all of the batteries out of the remotes (all of them!) as I thought it may have been an issue with this but it's still happening.  Doesn't happen on any of the mini boxes that we have.  Any help greatly appreciated!
