Sky Q box logging out of Apps, remote not working after standby mode
After putting our sky q box in standby mode (still has power, red light on), every time we turn it back on it's logged out of all Apps (YouTube, Netflix, Disney etc) and now the remote won't even work! Tried rebooting box, turning power off for 30 seconds etc but the issue persists
