Help!! This is happening so frequently now. Over 15 times today alone

Happens to me all the time too, I don't watch much live TV, so it's usually when I'm in an app such as Netflix or Disney+ etc. Internet is working at the time, I can immediately press home and then reload the app but it's incredibly infuriating. Never experienced anything like this with previous provider. Feels like Sky Q is a dreadful, poorly maintained product which costs are a fortune to the customer. With no support seemingly..... No Sky reps in here to support?

Same here, turns off without warning. Definitely doesn't show on screen that it's going to happen but appears to do it more when streaming through apps.

Since my last post. I took the batteries out of the remote and left for 5mins.
I also switched off the smart standby feature in the settings. Now it means I have to press the stand by button twice (once for the Sky box and a long press for the TV)
No idea which fixed it (probably the smart standby feature)
BUT it hasn't done it since

Yep, my sky Q has started doing this; no warning, screen goes off but with no 'ping' noise you get when turning off with remote. It's clearly a software bug; I just wish Sky customer care acknowledged there is an issue so customers know a fix is coming rather than having to faff with settings.

Happening about every 5 minutes for me this weekend and daily before this for the past month or so!
