Just spent 2 hours on chat with Mohd (removed) . He spent all his time tring to get me to to swith my broadband to SKY. When i said i didnt want to do that chat was cut off with "we are sorry but our messaging service is currently closed".
It is 16.30 on Sunday. Do sky advisors stop working at this time?
