If you set them up on 101 originally when it was still SD, I wonder if they've moved with the re-arranging of the Guide and it's got confused.

Hi everyone.
We updated to Sky Q 2 days ago. Our TV guide for BBC 1 (101) & BBC 2 (102) is saying "programmes no longer available"
That's just from the Home button, nothing scheduled.
I'll call when I have time, but any thoughts welcome.
Thanks J

@Jms3 look at 801 and 802 you should find BBC1 and 2 there but try rebooting your main Q box that may move the channels to whewre they should be
ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Hi Laing1,
Thanks for your quick reply.
As an experiment I set the box to record a programme on BBC 1 overnight to see what would happen.
Surprise, surprise, it recorded and I'm now back to watching BBC on 101, I guess it reset itself overnight somehow.
It might be useful for anyone else to know in a similar situation. J
