External wire ripped out of wall and hanging on very precariously
I phoned up just before Christmas about this- this external cable has been pulled out of the wall, if we have another storm it will surely be ripped out fully and we will be left with no lines at all.

Typically neither Sky or Openreach carries out preventative maintenance at domestic properties.

@JPinkney you could pay a local handyman to clip the cables securely back to the wall for you.
