why does my sky connect keep saying not connect, broadband issue but we don’t?

Why does my connection to broadband keep losing connect and when i reset it, it works for a while then drops back out. all my mini boxes the same and the just drop out completely. i don't have broadband issues with any other products in my home just sky

Because sky Q's wifi is ropey

Hi @Lolo321 

Just so you are aware;  if you are on 3rd party broadband then the minis boxes connect to your main Q box WiFi and not your Broadband.  If you are on Sky broadband then they will connect to the Sky Q router provided they are connected to the router by WPS
