Q box failed, said I could try switching off to reset, tried several times with no success, had to scan the QR code on screen and reboot the hard drive which I did successfully but lost all my purchased movies, how do I get these back?

@Phil_55 if you goto https://www.skystore.com/ and login then go into my library you should be able to download them to your box again
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
