Sky Q box and remote are not working

Good afternoon, along with thousands of other subscribers my Sky Q box stopped responding on Wednesday evening. I've tried switching off the box at the wall but when I turn it back on the tv is reicieving no signal. I have checked my Sky broadband which seems normal. Can anyone help please. Cheers.
