Blue Whirring Light on Main Box then disconnects

Recently my box has after 10 minutes just showing the roundy-roundy blue light, and making a whirring sound from inside the box.

I then have to unplug the power, wait half a minute then reconnect the power and it gets back to normal. But has now been happing again and again.... the box is from 2016.... so not sure if I have a software issue -- from looking on the internet?
